📹 Setting up Health Auto Export
1
Download Health Auto Export from the App Store (free, by HealthyApps).
2
Open the app and tap Allow All when it asks for Apple Health access.
3
Tap Export at the bottom. Turn on Workouts and Include Workout Metrics. Turn everything else off.
4
Set format to JSON, Export Version 2, and set your date range back to when you started walking.
5
Tap Export then Save to Files → iCloud Drive. You now have your health data file.
💡 Export once a week after your last walk of the week. Each import adds new data without overwriting what’s already there.
📄 Importing your data
1
On the dashboard, tap the Import Health Export JSON zone at the top.
2
Navigate to your iCloud Drive and select the JSON file you exported.
3
The dashboard updates instantly. New walks are added — nothing is ever overwritten.
📱 On iPhone, tap the import zone and use Files to find your JSON. Drag & drop works on Mac.
⚙️ Settings
1
Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.

3
Set your weekly walk goal — this is used to calculate your streak. Rest days within a goal week don’t break your streak.
4
Toggle any section on or off — weight, streaks, personal bests, comparison, weather.
